Car Rental at Tucson International Airport / Morris Air National Guard Base

At the Tucson International Airport there are seven on-site car rental agencies and two off-site car rental agencies. All agencies are open 24 hours per day every day. This makes it simple for travelers to pick up and drop off their rental at any time of the day, no matter when they arrive or depart the Tucson International Airport.

On-Site Rental Car Agencies

Alamo, Budget, Dollar, Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, and National are all located on-site. Travelers can find the rental car agency desks along the side of the arrivals terminal in the baggage claim area. From there, they need only present their valid driver’s license and method of payment. Before taking off in their rental car, drivers must sign a rental agreement and pick up their keys. The agency driver’s rent from will direct them to the parking lot where their rental is located, which is always located in an easy to find numbered space.

The parking garage that houses the rental cars is three levels. It is located along the main terminal, close to the rental car agency counters.

Off-Site Car Rental Agencies
Thrifty and Advantage are both located off-site. Travelers renting a vehicle from either of these agencies are required to contact the agency using one of the service phones in the arrivals terminal. These agencies will arrange a pickup for passengers renting from them outside of the baggage claim area. The shuttle will take them to the rental agency to pick up their rental car, and the same shuttle returns passengers to the airport after they drop their rental off at the end of their rental period.

Returning Rental Cars
Returning on-site rental cars is easy. Drivers should take Tucson Boulevard South. This takes them past the airline terminal entrance and into the parking garage. From there, drivers should follow the signs directing them to the rental car return agency location they rented from. All signs are easy to see for the convenience of drivers.
